Cafe Rio Rice



5 c. water
4 t. chicken bouillon
cilantro (however much you want)
1 can green chilies
3/4 t. salt
1 T. butter
1/2 onion
3 c. rice

Blend green chilies, onion and cilantro
Mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
